How do I look after/clean my jewellery?
In order to keep your jewellery looking its best, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and creams, and to also remove the jewellery before showering and bathing.
For cleaning your jewellery, we recommend giving the jewellery a gentle scrub with a coarse-ish cloth (like a tea towel) soaked in warm water to clean the jewellery of dirt, buff up the silver and bring back the shine.
With every item of jewellery, we provide a luxury jewellery box and linen bag for safe-keeping and storage when not in use.
Can I send your jewellery as a gift directly to my loved one?
Yes, you can send your gift directly to loved ones. Our jewellery has always been very popular for gifts, so we know that it’s important to make that gift-giving extra special and personal. For this reason, we don’t include any invoices or pricing in your parcel - just the good stuff!
What type of earring backs do you use?
We use silicone backs as it’s guaranteed lead- and nickel-free, and also hypoallergenic.
Are your rings adjustable?
Yes they are all adjustable. All of our rings are designed to be malleable, which means you can effortlessly pull and squeeze the ring to fit your desired finger. Easy peasy!
I've lost an earring, can you help?
We will always help where we can! Send us a photo of the remaining earring and we will have a check through our stock to see if there’s one available for you.
Unfortunately we can’t always guarantee that we will be able to replace your lost earring as a lot of our earrings may have been discontinued from out of season collection, but it’s always worth an ask!
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 28 days, no quibble returns policy if your item isn't right for you. Returned goods must be unused, otherwise an online credit note, refund or replacement cannot be issued.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange earrings, due to hygiene reasons. Return your items back to our address listed below:

Please include a note in the return parcel with:
2- Order Number
3- Instructions for the items - i.e. exchange or refund.
Returns postage is at your own cost. We recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail Post.

Our interactive live chat on our website is the best place for this. Click the floating speech bubble in the bottom right corner of our website, then choose “Can I get an update on my order status?” to get started.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched. Pop your details into the Contact Us form above with your order number and correct address, and we’ll change it for you. If this wasn’t completed in time and your order was sent to an incorrect address, it’ll likely return back to us which we will then contact to you to confirm the correct address and re-send the order.
