Please include in the return parcel:

1 - A note with your details - Name and order number.

2 - Instructions for the items you would like to exchange or whether you would like a refund.

We recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail Post.

Returns postage is at your own cost.

Earrings are not eligible for returns, due to hygiene reasons.

Returned goods must be un-used, otherwise an online credit note, refund or replacement cannot be issued.

To save paper (and the environment) we will not send any invoices or returns slips in your package.
